If we deleted that contact, the other contacts that we had added to speed dial would show up for a couple of seconds and then disappear but if we looked into the contacts themselves, they said they were in the speed dial group. Whenever we would try to add the contacts to either his desk phone or desktop app, only one contact would show up. They were working just fine for the first couple of weeks, but then they disappeared. We have one user who reached out last week because his speed dial contacts were missing. We have a client that we moved to the Microsoft Teams phone system and are using the Yealink T58A phones. So far I have gone 48 hours with Teams running locally and (knock on wood) the speed dial contacts have been stable. The above is what has eradicated the issue I had with my "Speed Dial Contacts disappearing intermittently". and it seems almost like Teams is performing a bit better. I then started Teams and decided to leave it running and test for 24-48 hours during which time I would test it. Restarted Outlook and gave it a chance to re-create fresh cache files.Ħ. This time I told it only to cache 6 months rather than "unlimited" which is what I had before. Change each account to enable local caching again. Stony corals are among the most important calcifiers in the marine ecosystem as they form the coral reefs. The discovery of a diverse range of mucin genes in sea anemone species provided a basic reference for future mucin studies in cnidarians and could lead to research into their application in the pharmacological, clinical, and cosmetic industries. The domain structure of the identified mucin genes was found to be consistent with the conserved domains found in the homologous proteins of vertebrate species. The results from this study demonstrated a diverse repertoire of mucin proteins, including mucin1-like, mucin4-like, and a range of mucin-like genes in the range of sea anemone species examined. To achieve this aim, we undertook transcriptome sequencing, assembly, and annotation to identify mucin genes in A. tenebrosa and range of other sea anemone species to document their diversity in this group. Therefore, the aim of current study was to identify and analyse the repertoire mucin genes present in A. Furthermore, there has only been limited investigation of mucin genes in phylum Cnidaria. The sea anemone species, Actinia tenebrosa (Phylum Cnidaria) produce large amounts of mucus, which have not been studied in detail. ![]() Mucins are part of the glycoprotein family and the main proteinaceous component of mucus. The strong ectodermal expression is clearly apparent in this transilluminated transverse section cut from the central region of the planula (n). As the elongation process continues, uniform strong expression is localized in all ectodermal cells in the oral two-thirds of the planula (m). At slightly later stages expression has spread toward the aboral end of the planula, still in scattered cells (l). Expression is first apparent in scattered ectodermal cells orally as the planula begins to elongate (k). (h) Domain maps of major cnidarian MAC/PF proteins types. Many countries have thus used molecular tools to study and report wolf-dog hybridization events 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. However, wolf-dog hybrids are not confidently identifiable by morphological features alone. Such attention is justified in the current context of wolf population recovery in human-dominated landscapes 10, where encounters between wolves and either free-ranging, feral or pet dogs are expected to be frequent 11, 12, 13. Hybridization between wolves and dogs is paradigmatic among wild-domestic pairs, attracting a growing attention among managers, researchers and conservationists 3, 7, 8, 9. For example, the black coat colour present in North American wolves ( Canis lupus) is the result of a single mutation 4 that emerged through past interbreeding with dogs, and exhibits a molecular signature of positive selection, apparently confering advantage in forested habitats 5, 6. However, positive effects of such introgression events have also been recently suggested. The outcome of this crossbreeding may lead to the introgression of domestic alleles, shaped by artificial selection, into wild populations, with potential negative conservation consequences, such as genetic homogenization, disruption of local adaptation or, ultimately, extinction 1, 2, 3. Hybridization between wild species and their domestic forms is widely perceived as a biodiversity threat. We consider that real-time population level assessments of hybridization provide a new perspective into the debate on wolf conservation, with particular focus on current management guidelines applied in wolf-dog hybridization events. However, there is a clear maintenance of wolf genetic identity, as evidenced by the sharp genetic identification of pure individuals, suggesting the resilience of wolf populations to a small amount of hybridization. Our results show a previously undocumented scenario of multiple and widespread wolf-dog hybridization events at the population level. Three of the hybrids were backcrosses to dog whereas the others were backcrosses to wolf, the latter accounting for a 5.6% rate of introgression into the wolf population. We identified 130 genotypes, including 67 wolves and 7 hybrids. Genetic relatedness was assessed between hybrids and wolves. ![]() Mitochondrial DNA (MtDNA) and 18 ancestry informative markers were used for species and individual identification, and to detect wolf-dog hybrids. 5,000km 2 in the NW Iberian Peninsula to evaluate wolf-dog hybridization at population level in a single breeding/pup-rearing season. To create a new Zoom account, you’ll need to use a separate email address. It’s also a great way to keep your Zoom account with the email address you use for that interest. If you have a particular hobby and regularly interact in groups related to it, a unique Zoom account could give you a username that blends well with those groups. You can have an account for various areas of your life. If you’ve never needed to create multiple Zoom accounts, you might not realize how easy it is. if you’re in a rush to log into a meeting as it’s starting, this scramble to figure out your username could go from being a minor annoyance to an embarrassing problem. As with many apps, the key is your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen. The good news is, Zoom makes the process of moving between accounts as simple as possible. If you only access your professional account on your work laptop, you might not encounter any issues, but when you use one device for all of your Zoom activity, multiple accounts can become a problem. Since you can access Zoom on a variety of devices, including your smartphone, those multiple accounts can become confusing. ![]() That describes the biggest issue with multiple Zoom accounts. At the last minute, you find yourself scrambling to sign out and in to the correct account to make sure you show up under the correct username. You open the email and click on the link, only to find you’re signed into the wrong Zoom account. You’ve been invited to a nine o’clock Zoom meeting. With the right tools, though, you can make it easier to switch from one account to another throughout the day. But as soon as you combine accounts on the same laptop or smartphone, you’ll likely find moving between accounts gets a little more complicated. Using multiple Zoom accounts isn’t a problem as long as you can keep them to separate devices. But some people have multiple work accounts, assigned by various employers or clients. But what they do not mention / consider is that a 100% battery will give more work hours than the 70% charged one and thus you will have to charge it lesser number of times for the same amount of work. ![]() While i agree it is better to keep the charge at around 75 - 80% and discharging it to 40 %, this gives you a very narrow window to work, is impractical and becomes an irritant.Īlso, if you see all the articles as posted above, you will notice that they advise to charge it to 70 - 80% and then put the recharge cycle life at a certain figure and for full charge, a somewhat lesser figure. Just remember to discharge it to around 30% once a week.Īll batteries' life span depends on the number of times it is discharged and recharged, so if you are putting it through more cycles of recharging and discharging by using it on battery frequently, it will degrade faster. Keeping it plugged in while using should actually increase your battery life in the long run. You can charge it to 100% and keep your laptop plugged in. The IdeaPad Z400 is known to have poor battery life even when new so 2 - 3 hours of battery life on a full charge sounds about right depending on what you are doing. Simply consider it as a maintenance you must do one every couple of months. Yes, it sounds like it is annoying, but the flip side is that it prolongs the useful life of the battery so just allow the battery to charge to 60%. The "calibration issue" you are having seems to only be a side affect of the energy management itself. When you return home and plug the laptop to the AC outlet again for a long time, then allow the laptop to charge to only 60%. That way you can use the laptop for as long as possible. When you know you are going to be using the laptop away from the AC outlet, then at that point you manually override the energy management software to allow the battery to be charged to 100%. ![]() ![]() The result is that the battery life will begin to drop and the more the battery is kept near a full charge, the faster the battery life will decrease. When this happens the battery capacity begins to drop because the lithium ions that have started to clump together will no longer hold a charge. Lithium ions is allows the battery to hold a charge however, when the charge is too high the lithium ions starts to clump together to form lithium ion plates. The high charge causes something referred to a lithium ion plating. The reason is because as the battery is charged near it's maximum capacity a chemical reaction start to occur. The energy management software is purposely only allowing the battery to charge to 60% to help prolong the life of the battery. Since you cannot remove the battery from the Z400 laptop, it is best to only allow it to charge up to 60% and leave it alone. It sounds like you simply use the laptop at home keeping plugged into the AC outlet all the time. but it is tiring task since it need to charge and discharge completelyĪnd i ever using other laptop before but never experience all this problem, i have conclusion maybe because of option to only charge to 60% and then i get another new question now, if i'm not using that software to limit only charge 60%, is it safe for me to charge to 100% and leave it plugged in? (since i use my laptop all day and this laptop battery life only around 2-3 hours) Luckily there is also calibrating option in that software that can calibrate the battery and make it right. So, i have this lenovo ideapad z400 laptop that have energy management software that allow me to make the laptop charge only to 60% and then not charging, i find it was good but after using a while (in windows 8.1), it just like my laptop can't recognized very well the battery capacity.ġ00%-30% is decreasing normally but after it reach less then 30% it suddenly jump to 7% and warn me to do charge or sometimes sleep/shutdown my laptop. ![]() To find more information on the festival and check out some of their previous events, be sure to click here.
